Meet Dr. Hazel Glasper & Dr. Robert Bouffard
Dr. Hazel Glasper, DDS
Dr. Hazel Glasper received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Spelman College before obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University in Washington. She then completed her General Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where her postgraduate work included training with some of today’s finest restorative and cosmetic dentists, including Peter Dawson, Ross Nash, David Hornbrook, and Bill Dorfman.
Viewing herself as a physician of oral health rather than a dentist, Dr. Glasper is passionate about sharing her skills, knowledge, and dedication with her patients. A teacher of dentists, she travels throughout the country leading continuing education courses to dental teams, and she leads the “Teach Me Dental” movement, which is redefining how people understand and treat their dental health.
Dr. Glasper opened Revive Dental Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry in 1999 to serve her neighbors in Marriottsville, Ellicott City, and the surrounding communities. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and she is licensed to practice in Maryland and New Jersey.

Dr. Robert Bouffard, DDS, MS
Dr. Robert Bouffard is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While a dental student, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy, serving for over 20 years. While on active duty, Dr. Bouffard completed a hospital-based general practice residency and a specialty residency in periodontics. He successfully achieved board certification and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
